Went for Sunday lunch, most tables are reserved though were sitting empty. Found one table with no reservation sign and sat down only to be told it was also reserved. When I asked why there was no sign, and asked the waitress to check on when it was reserved from, as the other tables had specific reservation times indicated, I was told there was no need as it was reserved, which did not really answer the question! Happened to be walking past a little later and the table was still sitting empty! There was a distinct lack of customer service and her response to a legitimate customer complaint was anything but friendly. Would advise to avoid if they adopt this attitude to customers!

Nice pub, good beers, friendly staff, relaxed and chilled atmosphere (the fish and chips coming out the kitchen looked delicious). As soon as I am back in the area I shall visit again, definitely (and try the fish and chips)!

Working in the area and found this place on a bit of a wander. It really is a decent pub. It has a chilled vibe, good tunes that are just loud enough, they don't stop conversations. Lots of beers on and the food is excellent. A gem of a find.
