I really wouldn’t bother. We went to eat here on Saturday lunchtime. A birthday lunch for 6 planned at the last minute. The appalling attitude of the young woman who came to take our order
was enough for us to cancel the wine we had requested and leave.
My friends live close by but we certainly won’t be going back. We were made to feel very welcome at Llewelyn’s outside Herne Hill station. Go there instead.!

It is ok if you are looking for somewhere to go have a drink with dog or baby. The food is mediocre and the lady who served us was rude and inpatient, however location is great.

Used to come here loads for the good food. It's gone downhill, now with thoroughly surly waiting staff and a poor choice of beers. A pub that is now thoroughly dependent on geography for commercial success!

Great starters (scallops, terrines..), and good ambience. A place to consider for your unpretentious roasts.
