Plenty of choice! Very helpful staff! Found all I needed for a present for 4 and 7 year old kids.

When I used to live in East London, this shop was one of my favourites to visit. Although small, it has a great selection of books and was for a long time my go-to place for greeting cards. A hidden gem on Brick Lane.

Great selection for a small and cosy book shop. Also fantastic prices on a lot of their books.

Nice little shop though the unwashed staff could try paying more attention to something called 'customer service' and less to fixing themselves cups of ginger tea. Surly women behind the counter simply held her hand out for payment, not a smile nor a 'Hello'. I thought 'Black Books' was meant to be fictional? Cheer up it's 2017, no wonder Amazon are thriving. One star for the shop alone.

Classic independent bookshop with helpful and knowledgeable staff. A well curated collection crammed onto limited shelf space. Includes a good selection of local interest publications and a small corner of nice kids books (plus all the usual travel, fiction, non-fiction etc). Happy browsing.
