The worst rent a car in London. The manager don't have no idea of customers service. Should be on the back washing the cars.not recommend

The two women that greeted us when we arrived were amazing. I'm giving this five star review to them: Chancela and Gabriela were particularly helpful and very cheerful even after the printer broke (emailing the receipt so that we wouldn't have to wait while it was fixed).
Hiring a car can be a chore at the best of times. And there are a lot of things to NOT like about this Avis: it's small, it's in an unglamorous part of town, the car park at the back is difficult to navigate. But with all that said, these two women made our rental experience amazing. They were making us laugh the whole way through the massive mounds of paperwork that you always have to fill out when renting a car, and they had loads of helpful advice about navigating around the congestion zone on our way out of the city. Also, Avis let's you register a second driver for free if you have a BA frequent flyer card.

Customer service is shocking. Wanted to give them a chance despite the bad reviews but alas my own experience mirrored those of others.
The man called Thierry was the worst of the lot. Doesn't acknowledge you when you or they enter.
Speaks in French in front of English speaking clients.
Car wasn't there at scheduled time. An hour later it shows up.
Doesn't communicate or apologise for the delays to ANY customer.
Unless the location is extremely convenient to you..go somewhere else.

Fantastic customer service at this Battersea park Road branch. Brilliant care and attention to customer needs. Thierry was brilliant.

Been to this branch on several occasions, the service is consistently bad, the manager has no idea. Takes an absolute age to do anything, more often than not there's a queue of people waiting and looking equally frustrated. In most recent visit the trainee member of staff was unable to serve me as the system was down so the wait was that much longer. For such a popular branch Avis really should take steps to improve the level of service here, it really is shocking.
