A first class experience. The level of service, professionalism and vehicle all surpassed all my expectations. I cannot recommend this company enough they were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help me with the perfect day. Will Haylock

I've used D.H.Cullen on several occasions now and the service offered is second to none. Their levels of communication from pre-rental, during rental and post rental are perfect. They are extremely prompt and always available to assist if required during the rental period. Their discount on a second (and third) rental was an unexpected and very welcome surprise, and that's before we've even got to the cars themselves - absolutely pristine, but generally speak for themselves in spec. I have met several members of their team now when dropping off or collecting the cars and they are extremely polite, welcoming, very knowledgeable on the vehicles and pitch the handover of the vehicles well, meaning you can drive off knowing what you need without spending hours with them, but always having them on the end of the phone if required. They are also brilliant when collecting the vehicles, it never feels like an automaton, always a friendly service. I look forward to booking though them again in the near future.
