I will have to put forward my complain to the regulator because this company charges us £1200 for CHANGING THE DATE even if we have more than half a year noticed.

A wonderful travel agent booked them to go to Multan with Qatar Airways to Palistan and they did the job.The flight was smooth and they gove me eticketa syraight when i payed.The only thing was they were quite expensive as i paid £4500 whereas the tickets where £4300.There is no scams so i dont see why people hate as they are nomal travel agent which dknt cheat.Also i will refer to others

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!! high pressure sales lack of respect for the customers got 6 phone calls pushing to buy what they wanted me to buy not what i needed and don't disclose about needing travel authorities cost me over £1100 now having to take legal action to recover my money as when you ring them they give you the run around or tell you they will ring you back BUT NEVER DO COMPLETE RIP OFF MERCHANTS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGE

Don't use this agency. Once you paid for your ticket, it's difficult to contact them again if you have a problem with your flights. I experienced it myself and I ended up paying a new ticket for the full price. I will never forget that travel agent named Mac in Hoodaki. Beware using this agency. If only I could give 0 star.

DO NOT TOUCH this company EVER you will end up with different flights that what your confirmation email says with extra stops very helpful till they have your money and then nothing!!!! I even have proof by email of a 1 stop flight and turns out to be 2 stops they change it after you have omitting the extra stop making your travel time miserable left messages get passed from pillar to post no call backs ridiculous!!! I will be seeking legal advice as have documents to prove they mislead and changed flights after agreement. lucky i have free legal cover from my employment which covers this they also go by a different name of benz travel. DON'T GO THERE
