Really angry at this company
I phoned this company 2 weeks before my wife was due to give birth, and they said it was fine to take her to St Thomas's hospital, "and congratulations". On the day she went into labour, I phoned them, and they said sorry, I need to phone the ambulance. This was shocking, and I spent some time trying to find a firm that would, which was really stressful. I phoned Star cabs in the end, and they were happy to take us. We got there quickly and the taxi driver was brilliant, even though her contractions were really close. I wouldn't use this firm if you want good customer service and care about their customers. Use Star cabs instead.
