I paid a deposit for a car after our wedding. On our wedding day the car wasn't there when we got to the pick up location. The driver wasn't contactable and the office didn't get back to us. We had to get a taxi to get us home. The company refuses to refund us the deposit. I wouldn't use this company again.

Smart City Prestige are always my first choice for chauffeur car hire whenever I'm in London. I've rented a couple of different models from them in the past, and just wanted to commend them on their very professional service, excellent choice of cars and for making me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend them and will be booking again on my next trip to London.
