This is an excellent Dental Practice. I was surprised to read another review suggesting that they were "scamming" people! This is the exact opposite of the attitude of this practice. They are not money-orientated in any way at all.
If you are an NHS patient, you are charged NHS rates -- unlike some dentists who will only do so much on NHS and insist you pay for private work for the rest.
I have never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes in the waiting room on a scheduled visit. Even on occasion when I've gone in for urgent treatment without an appointment, I've been seen within about 15 minutes. And they've never charged me the NHS "emergency treatment" charge -- only for the work done.
I have seen three of their dentists and they have all been skilled, professional and caring, explaining exactly what they are doing and fully discussing treatment options, especially if something might be not fully necessary -- and the choice has always been mine in such cases. No pressure.
They also don't demand you pay up front where treatment will need several visits (again unlike some others).
I would recommend highly (and have done so several times).

i seriously have a phobia of dentists since i had bad experience as a kid but this surgery have been my saviour and i feel very comfortable and have been put at ease having treatment here, my whole family now come here and we are always treated very well, worthy of the 5 stars,

This is an amazing surgery always managed to fit me in for an emergency when i suffer with my wisdom teeth I have been going here for the past 5 years now they are the best i have ever been to. Amazing staff as well

I'm not saying this is the case with everyone but was certainly the case with me. I felt the dentist was trying to get as much money out of me as possible for unnecessary dental work.
I went for a checkup and was told I needed 2 fillings after taking x rays which I wasn't shown. I thought he is a professional and must know best. However under questioning he reduced it to just 1 filling and only said I 'probably needed it'. So I made an appointment for him to do the filling in a couple weeks time.
The next week I went to another dentist who said my teeth were fine and he couldn't possibly see how a filling could be necessary.
To make things worse when I called Colegrove Dental Care to cancel the follow up appointment, the receptionist had a go at me and was very rude.
It's a shame as I wonder how many other people they are scamming....
