Not a nice experience in general. Firstly the reception didn't add my booking over the phone when I called up few weeks prior so when I arrived they said I wasn't in the system. However they said they could move it to 30 minutes later. This then got delated by another 15 mins. Once I got to see the dentist, it felt a bit like she was upselling all the time and did the £20.70 basic check in record time. Before I knew she was recommending an extra £300 on various treatments, mostly cosmetic. Once I went back to the reception they were rude and not correctly informed of the conversation I just had with the dentist. They were saying things that were mentioned so clearly there's someway of communicating between the the dentist and the reception on the system. I was trying to work out what was going on and the reception lady kept saying "helllo?" to me in a ridiculously rude manner. I left in a huff and will probably not return. I heard there's a great dentist in Streatham that offers as basic hygiene with the basic check, and the people that work there aren't rude and trying to upsell. Be warned about this place. Not a nice customer experience.

I had several dental implants at Dulwich Dental Office, and I've got to say that I am extremely happy with all of my implants. The personnel and my dentist were very friendly and welcoming all round. Dr. Mirfendereski explained my procedure plan in great details and made me feel reassured.
