Not professional at all, we call them to cancel an appointment or re-book it but they never pick up. If you leave them a voicemail during the day, until late at night or next day, you receive a call back from the manager.
I had the experience with them of being called thousands times regarding an appointment and then not even a call for another appointment.

THEY ALWAYS TELL YOU TO HOLD AND YOU CAN HEAR THEM CHATTING TO OTHER PEOPLE ON THEIR MOBILE. THEY ARE USELESS!!
