Absolutely awful service. If you want to hurt yourself just go ahead, you will be verbally assaulted, left speechless and astonished how someone can be so rude. Te lady was pretending not hearing what I am saying and yelling at me back. Besides all these, I was told lies, when I discovered that content of the emails received from them was in contradiction to what was earlier agreed and tried to discussed that, to my biggest surprise and misfortune to I was shouted down. Well, never again. The particular lady is a bully and has definitely anger management problem. Good luck with the pathetic business.

AWFUL service!! Not sure if the woman I had the misfortune of dealing with was a bit unstable, but was verbally assaulted from the moment I rang the buzzer, was yelled at for not "bothering to pay attention" to an email I never even received (and when I tried to kindly explain to her that I hadn't in fact received said email, she blocked her ears and told me I was being "challenging") and then when I eventually told her I felt she was being very rude to me and I couldn't understand her behaviour, was told to leave and physically pushed! One of the most bizarre experiences of my life, I left shaking and confused. When you think of Harley Street you expect quality service - can't speak for any of the other therapists as she was the only one there for my evening appointment, but I would hope that she does not define the entire practice. Then again I tweeted the practice and no one has bothered to respond or enquire further details, so perhaps they're all the same? We all have bad days but this was not normal and judging from her behaviour I assume she is in anger management therapy and if not, she should be! Absolutely horrific, stay away!!!
Also the form they try and make you sign says the exact opposite of the service you're promised on their website. I booked for a teeth whitening procedure and website says you receive treatment plus get a kit to take home, however the form you're told to sign says the following: "I am aware that I am purchasing a self administered teeth whitening kit." £330 seems a bit excessive for just a take home kit!

I love my results, i achieved 7 shades whiter instantly, the procedure was explained to me throughout the treatment, staff were very welcoming, the treatment room was gorgeous, clean and tidy, i will be back for my maintenance top up.
