the student service staff in London Campus are really slow! some of them are also not friendly. i had to wait for 1 month to get my student card and i found that it is in newcastle library. and i also had to wait 1 month to get a bank letter. They should add more experienced staff. Even my lecturers also got some issues for their card and blackboard, which i found disappointing.

If you are thinking of joining this university (London Campus) I would suggest think again! Worst university ever the staff are so arrogant, rude and abrupt not helpful at all whatsoever! For example if you are late just 10 mins you are marked absent. Needless to mention the staff are least bothered to the fact that some students may be traveling from far? Or delays with the public transport? etc. This is just one of the examples on the list.
Education is the key to a successful future as we all know unfortunately, there's no sincere consideration at all for students who genuinely want to study and improve their career circumstances so as to achieve better prospects in life.
Every individual has a different situation in their lives bottom line is, to pursue with education to a university level means a lot to many students, in addition to this particular university there's lack of support, understanding and communication. The last and very least every student needs is a stress free environment to study.
A total horrific and a disastrous experience! Would not recommend at all.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

If you are not sure to go this university or not , DO NOT pay the deposit because if you change your mind , it will take at least 3 months to process. Terrible service
