I must say I was put off from taking a class from the phone manner of the staff working there. I called to ask a few questions about the classes and to ask for help making an online payment. However, I found the lady on the other end didn't really want to talk to me. She kept directing me to the website saying "everyone else has managed to navigate it" instead of proving me with necessary information or asking what she could do to help. Perhaps the British approach to customer service. Either way, I decided to go to another school after my experience.

I experienced a poor level of teaching (and I have been a language teacher) and poor administration. I had hoped for a convivial environment where I could enjoy language learning and cultural exchange. This wasn't the case. The teacher was poorly motivated and used bad materials in a poorly structured lesson. I reported this but to no avail. I appreciate it is tough with evening lessons because everyone is tired but nonetheless the experience was very disappointing.
