I have always found the staff helpful and polite. Do not understand some reviews above. Every doctor I have seen has been great too.

Before the 2 surgeries merged I could get an appointment the same week, now though it is 2+ weeks. The Supposed merger was in fact Iveagh surgery taking on all the patients but none of the staff from other practice. Despite the MERGER I have found the staff unfailing polite & friendly though that may be me because I am always polite & friendly so people tend to reciprocate. If I have a gripe it is that any referrals that are made I have to chase up sometimes more than once before they go through.

Doctor's on the whole are good and the emergency walk in service is a lifesaver, as sometimes appointments are hard to get with waits of 2/3 weeks wait.
Some of the present reception staff are very rude, and have no people skills at ALL. One in particular is so rude every time I go in, it makes it a very uncomfortable experience for me. The staff at the old surgery were very professional and friendly, and are really missed.

The staff work under a lot of pressure with an over stretched surgery, but are still very pleasant professional and friendly always doing there best to fulfil my needs. There new building is beautifully clean and airy with fast electronic check in. My best surgery to date!

Avoid this practice. When it was Myatts Field Health Centre based in Foxley Square, it was such a lovely, welcoming place. Now merged and called Minet Green, it is just awful. Reception staff are rude for a start. The original staff (before it merged) were great. They knew you by name and were so friendly. I even had to file a complaint, it's that bad. Not to mention, some days later, I went to put in for a repeat prescription for my son, and there were a couple of patients there complaining that the receptionist were ignoring them. They also had a bag full of medication which were issued incorrectly. Absolute disgrace. This practice needs new staff with better training.
