Phone lines open at 9 even though it opens at 8:30, so if you need an appointment urgently it's best to be there at 8:30 in person I suspect. Friendly staff and a nice practice overall!

I love this practise! I was registered here for 2 years then had to move to another practise with a home move but when I was back in the area I felt that it was a bless to be by the practise again! Dr. Wharram is amazing what a helpful Gp such a gentleman bless...and the receptionists are very helpful and they always find a way to help me out ..Best practise I have been to by far..my favourite GP of all timeave been to others and I would like to say what a bless it is to be back here again and having to be looked after by this great team! Well done keep it up !!!!

im not a patient at this practice nor am i in any way connected to it..my husband however is a doctor practicing in the NHS...as i was looking for a local GP I saw ahmet guler's comment..which is ridiculous..and thought of leaving a comment in response...a broken nose is NOT an emergency..if it was then a&e would have got you to see an ENT specialist immediately..get over it..the NHS works to look after EVERYONE in this country..your broken nose will not kill you..but there might be someone else who needs more attention than you..so its not all about you..dont write bad reviews like this and show up your own ignorance...

The right hand side of my face was going numb and I wasn't registered at this practice, I spoke to the receptionist and she said she could give me details about the drop in centre at Clapham Junction, but as I wasn't registered they couldn't see me today. She said I should register anyway, and just as I was finishing my forms, the receptionist said she has spoken to a doctor and they would see me if i waited 15/20 minutes. 10 minutes later, saw a doctor, got some medication and a course of action to take and I was all sorted. Showed a lot of empathy towards me, and I wasn't a patient at the time.

The first time I went there to get all my data put on the system so I would be registered to them I was seen by a very unenthusiastic and rude receptionist.
The first appointment I had booked left me with a 20 minute waiting period, however the Dr I saw provided me with a good service.
I went again today and saw Dr Bryant who was very unenthusiastic and blunt, after telling her I was coming down with another throat infection she refused to give me antibiotics because I'd had the condition multiple times in the past. Surely if this issue is recurring then it needs to be looked at? Not only that but she didn't ask many questions, she quite simply assumed everything and so I am now stuck at home feeling sick from swollen tonsils, and a bladder infection (not that she gave me any antibiotics for it because I've had antibiotics for it multiple times) Going to have to book another appointment on Monday and hope that I can see a different doctor. If you don't want to be a GP then don't follow that career path, she made me feel like an idiot who had no idea about my own body. Ha! What a joke.
