I received a message to make a phone appointment with doctor about my hospital results. Phoned up, they said to call next day at 8am to book a telephone appointment. I was calling since 7:58, made 52 phonecalls, because the line was busy all the time within 25 minutes. I was lucky to get connected with GP during my tries, so was happy they will book me in; NO! Nothing like this. They did not pick up, phonecall has ended and again, line was busy next 15 minutes. They picked up 8:30 telling me that there is no more appointments available! Even a telephone routine consultation so I can stop stressing out about my results. I'm away from the country and they wanted to book me in 10 days when I'm not here. If they would pick up the time I got connected or has more lines available there wouldn't be such a problems. Now, I'm going away with no information about my results and stressed out. Thanks to my awesome GP! So dissapointed..

Incredibly unprofessional staff especially the mature lady who gives aggro and huffs and puffs at the smallest request being made.
I had an operation and needed a refill of painkillers to allow me to return to work. Gave in my prescription a week in advance. Two days later it hasn't been sent to my chemist and when I contact them they appear to have lost it. I'm on crutches so my sister makes it just in time to drop off another copy only to receive aggro and comments of 'I'm trying to get home' from the mature lady at the desk.
A couple of days later and nothing has been sent through to the chemist as promised. I phone up and speak to Danika (sp) who assures me it'll be sent over and ready for collection in the evening. Evening comes and nothing has been sent again.
I couldn't go into work for two days losing our on a couple hundred pounds of income as I'm a contractor because I didn't have my painkillers to hand. I shudder to think if I was an elderly person who has a heart condition what might have happened.
It's 2017 yet this surgery still seems to be operating in 1987. Fix up.

BE WARNED THIS PLACE CHARGES! IT IS NOT FREE!
I got refered to a walk in for stitches being removed after being told to register here by a hospital. They charge here for all vaccinations, i have been charged for polio/diptheria/tetanus it cost £32 for 3 combined. 1 year in and I've been turned away once and charged on a second visit. I have also been told they have no resident nurse.

The worst services ever. The doctors are not competent. When you call for the emergency appointment the doctors are so rude that you disturbed their peace. The gp doesn't give any referrals, because they can treat you for everything there ;) Pls avoid this place.

I've only visited the surgery once but it was a refreshingly good experience. I was able to book an evening appointment within a few days of calling, I saw Dr Khosla who was very professional and made sure I was urgently seen by a vascular doctor at St Thomas's after urgent care had turned me away twice. On arrival and booking a follow up appointment, I found the receptionists to be polite and friendly. All in all very happy with the service provided.
