Pros: Location, comfortable bed;
Cons: tiny rooms, so-so breakfast, once I had to take a cold shower;
My fridge was smelling badly, I asked for a help, they decided to move me to other room. Then I spotted constant noise, like air conditional. When I asked to do something with that, I received no help. Also, I was told, that my previous room had the same noise... that wasn't truth. They told me we couldn't move you anywhere, because did it once... when I asked to move back, the answer was - it is sold...
Nice weekends.
Up to 3 stars, as I was moved to fine room next day.

The hotel is far nicer than expected due to the surrounding. Good food, pleasant staff and a very clean we'll presented room. Would definitely stay again.

Good points: Bed was very comfortable, I slept very very well. Shower was great, loads of power for a good power shower. Bad: Staff at the front end were not saying all the bits they should. My colleague was told about everything that was complimentary in the hotel, I was not advised of any of this. The restaurant below (I know it's a different entity) Took ages to produce food, but was decent quality and fairly priced. Chocolate brownie was not soaked or drenched like advertised. (Small thing, but that really did matter!)

Great if you want to sleep well, beds are so comfortable and sheets and pillow so soft!
Clean room, good bathroom and shower size. Would have liked a bath, but that's not a factor to mark down on. Only sadness is that there was no view or anything nice to look at out of the windows, the light came in which is probably the best thing you can hope for in london, but that's fair enough. Overall it was a good hotel room and would definitely stay again. I would give the room a 5 star and the hotel itself a 4 as the first floor corridor stunk of stale cigarettes! Really stank bad! But the smell didn't come into our room whatsoever so it didn't really matter. So there's room for improvement :)

A nicely decorated, modern, fairly new 4-star hotel that lives up to the rating. Checking in and out was efficient. There are some minor annoyances, such as the water taps in the bathrooms which are very stylish but very impractical, my bedside lamp didn’t work, the light in the shaving mirror didn’t work, the instructions on the coffee maker were wrong, but overall it’s a good hotel.
I recommend avoiding the breakfast, it’s not worth the 10 pounds. Very limited selection and you get instant coffee only (the real one has to be paid for). Particularly since literally next door there’s a breakfast place where you can get a real breakfast for less money.
