The staff where very Nice. But i can't really give it a raring higher than 2 stars due to mold in the bathroom. Note thou that we did recieve some compensation for this i still Think that you really should not rent out rooms that unmistakble where having mold.

You have to be tough to get better service. The hotel uses old furniture and not properly maintained. Its clean though the carpet is old . I will not recommend for asthmatic people.

This hotel is great disappointment, the rooms are very small the money you pay and the service by staff is none exsistant to say the least. The rooms were very smelly and worn out carpets, underneath the the bedding was not made up at all and you wonder if they even changed it. Not a good place in such a good location.

For what you pay it's pretty good value. Friendly staff. Still waiting on the deposit (2 days later, expect 5 day delay). Room was small but practical. Good location for central London.

Hotel is older, carpets are worn, has the smallest elevator I've ever been in. There, that's the bad part. The good: the service has been excellent and kind, the bed is very comfortable, great shower. If you know what a European hotel is like and aren't expecting American luxury, you'll do fine.
