The hotel is in a great location. Central and next to Angel Station. Staff is friendly, and you get a free warm cookie at check in. It's decicious. The rooms are pretty good (not as large as most Americans are used to, but hey, it is London). My one complaint is the noise the staff makes in the hall early in the morning. You can clearly hear vacuuming down the hall while in your room, early in the morning. And lots of chatter in the hall ways transfers in as if they were right next to you.

A good hotel. Fresh rooms, professional service and a good location. Very happy with our stay here. There was some issues with our room (minor things, a mising towel etc), but the staff responded quickly and professionally. They couldn't fix all of the issues immediately and gave us an upgrade instead.

I had lived in this hotel for six nights with my husband & son, I booked a triple room, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the hotel services was terrible. When the day I checked in, they gave us the Welcome cookies, it was great, however the room only offered one bottle of free water & two sets of free shampoo & conditioner. I came down to lobby & said we were three persons, how could you offer me one bottle of water & please marked into system we should have three sets of washing shampoo for six nights. Nothing has been done from them, I requested on every night. One day I tried their breakfast, it charged £12 each, but there was not much choice for the food. Furthermore, the speed of water when taking shower was as little as can't accepted. The worst experience was the day when I checked out, as I needed to go my son's another city to stay one night, so I requested to leave three luggage at their hotel, pay extra & get them back the next day. They said 'could not' & I did not make requests in advance. We have been living here for 6 days & your hotel had our passport copies all the stuff. I asked the counter to ask another senior to get 'exceptional approval', one sentence from them' I'm the senior enough to say no', the unexpected situation needed us to bring three big luggage rushed to King's Cross station & catch the train. There should have much choices for same prices to enjoy better hotel service.

I never knew that they gave fresh cookies when you check in. They were delicious and gooey. The rooms were great. I stayed in a Hilton honors room so I don't know how the other rooms are. The breakfast is delicious. The windows actually crack open and let air in. Like some other hotels in europe, this is a hotel where you need the room key to insert into a slot to turn on the lights. When you take out the card, the lights will turn it off automatically after a few minutes.They do this to conserve energy and not waste lights.

As hotel stays go, this was probably the best hotel I have stayed at. Check in was a smooth process, even got a chocolate cookie. The room was clean and spacious with all of the usual amenities. The staff in all instances were friendly and helpful.
