Mediocre closet of a room, broken lights, and apathetic staff. This hotel’s only positives are its low price and excellent location.

5 stars because of the price-quality. 50 pounds for a great room (small, but great) just next to Hyde Park and the central line.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and incredibly comfortable rooms. We have been staying here a number of times over the years and will return. Breakfast is continental but filing. Nice location, handy for the Leinster Arms pub.
