Good food, waiting staff were a bit hit and miss which affected my experience. All started from the moment I walked in and the maître d flashed me a disparaging look. The mood didn't improve once they'd realised I'd booked in advance and was shown to my table. I thought it best not to take up much more of their time so once they had left, I asked a waiter if I could move one table across (I was crammed in a corner and needed a more conventional seating arrangement, opposite one another rather than at a 90° angle). This request was met with an exasperated response which was as equally disheartening as it was annoying. I'm just pleased it was on my company rather than having to spend my own money. But again, the food was good and the waiter that actually served us was a delight.

Uber trendy boutique hotel in the middle of London's West End. Well appointed, attentive staff, great food and the pool area is incredible. Worth a stay if the budget can be stretched.

Attended as part of a work event. Staff were lovely and the building is very stylish. Very well located also.
