This place is good for a lay over especially when arrived late at Victoria Station.
We stayed for 4 nights and people arrived and enter and leave the room around the clock especially midnight. So, a good night sleep may be an issue.
But the staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

Worth the price, but still... We had two rooms. None of them was like on the pictures, they were much tiny. The breakfast was poor. One of our rooms was very stinky. It was hard to understand the staff's english.

Tidy, clean, simple room, close to Victoria Station, at a good price. Breakfast was generous, with refills of coffee, toast, cereal, juice etc offered by friendly staff. The hosts own a number of buildings in the street, so they're clearly good at what they do.
