Hotel is fine. Staff is very friendly, service quick. Rooms are teeny-tiny but they are new and clean which is nice. The breakfast is good as well! Near metro station and shops. So good one :)

I have stayed with IBIS budget before but this time what was offered was unacceptable and poor by comparison budget chains.
A clean hospital like room with just a bed, minuscule desk you could just get a laptop on.
No kettle or tea/coffee.
When I asked at reception about the refreshments I was told this was a budget hotel but they could provide me with hot water if I had a tea bag or they could sell me one!
That is paring the costs o the point where the customer in this case has made a comfort decision NOT to use Ibis for future bookings.
For £91 to be asked to pay for a tea bag is insulting. A small outlay for both you and me but a COST TO YOU OF LOSING THIS CUSTOMER and probably many others to Holiday Inn Express, Premier Inn and other alternative budget chains

Had a very pleasant stay. Located close to public transportation, the room has good quality infrastructure even if at a very simplified setting. Customer service is welcoming and breakfast is delicious. I had a minor issue with my prepaid reservation which was promptly resolved and missed more clear information about the functioning of the hotel facilities so had to ask staff frequently. Will stay again in the hotel in a future opportunity.

We enjoyed our short break in London while visiting our daughter, who has just moved into her new flat up the road.
The staff on arrival were all very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quite spacious, as we were given a disabled room. This provided us with a completely separate bathroom.
We booked the breakfast option, which again was efficient and run by friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean - made a refreshing change to sit at clean tables, as so many places these days don't invest any money in employing people to wipe tables over. There is nothing worse than having to sit at a sticky messy table covered in previous people's mess!
Check out was also pleasant and efficient. Overall, an enjoyable stay. Only criticism we have is that the shower pressure was very low. We managed ok though.

This was our first visit to an Ibis Hotel as a couple, and we weren't disappointed. The setting was in an ethnically diverse community on the East End, with easy public transit into the city and its attractions. We ended up using bus route 25 more than the underground, in order to see more of the city and because the stop was literally in front of the hotel. Above all, the staff was wonderful: young, energetic, willing to help. They made the difference between a good and an outstanding stay. Silvia was particularly helpful, but they all got to know us over our 10-day stay. The rooms are cozy, but more than adequate for all of our needs. As a budget hotel, some amenities were lacking, however we were able to work with staff to meet our needs (printing documents, storing luggage, finding our way). The room had a marvelous view and was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again!
