If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
Generally one of the best stays in London. For example the shower was great and the breakfast was delicious too. Some minor problems witnessed that could be improved.
The lift was a bit of a joke. I was unable to use the lift in three occasions, probably a faulty card. Please ensure that this is checked before you dispose these to the visitors. Secondly on attending breakfast I was questioned as to if I had paid for breakfast. That is fine but a bit of irrelevant questions were asked later on like ' i do not understand '. It did not bother me but can be irritating for customers who had already given the account number!! Can the workers check who has paid before asking? That would avoid asking so many irrelevant questions.

We enjoyed our stay. It's not the usual part of London for us to stay but we were going to a party near London Bridge so chose the Ibis.
Everything about the hotel and our room was very good and we would recommend the hotel to others.
If there was one thing the hotel could do easily to significantly improve the guest experience it would be to provide proper fluffy bath towels. The ones in our room were cheap and much too small. It is a silly thing that probably saves very little money but is instantly noticeable.

Lovely spacious and very clean room with everything you might need. We especially appreciated the tea making facilities. Very friendly staff and easy check in and check out. Location couldn't be better, right next to the tube station and withing walking distance of Spitalfields. We are already contemplating our next stay!

Check-in was simple and efficient and our room was ready when we arrived. The room is basic but clean and sufficient for our stay, only down side being no hand towels? We thought it was an oversight but asked the room steward who could only provide bath towels and a shower mat! The hotel in general was fresh and modern and had a quiet ambience for such a busy area. We had arranged a late checkout which suited our travel plans perfectly. All in all we were very happy and would use again - but maybe we should consider bringing our own hand towels.
