Rooms are quite small for the rate.
An handy phone is quite an addition to the amenities.
Food is okay not great.
Really well connected for travel, walkable distance to oxford street and baker street.

Nice location and comfortable hotel with a character. Very attentive service. Rooms with nice decor but only issue is that they are small.

I stayed here for one night in the weekend. It's a clean cozy hotel. The room is suitable for one person or if the couple like it small even for the bed. The location is nice in front of the paddington underground station. The staff is nice and their service is fast.

Stayed here over the New year period. I wish i hadn't! The rooms to be be fair were nice, and a decent size. However, the breakfast lets this hotel down, very poor choice. No Hash browns? That's a staple of a English breakfast. Limited choice of fruit drinks, and mainly just cereals. The staff were okay, but not that friendly for a hotel. Its a shame as i have stayed in several Indigo chain hotels before, and they have all been fine.

We stayed one before heading to Paris. Hotel staff was very nice. Had breakfast the next morning and the food was great and our waitress as very accommodating.. even though we got there five minutes before breakfast was ending. Also the train station is right down from the hotel... which is very convenient!
