Full english breakfast included. Kettle in room to make tea& coffee. Bathtub. Kept my suitcase at early arrival until room was available later. Hotel is a bit worn, but I enjoyed a quiet nights sleep, with a good breakfast and a bath. Wifi worked well also.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in Oct/17. Can't say anything bad as you get what you pay for this close central London. The price was fair, the room had been recently updated, the check-in was painless, the location is fantastic for public transport to and from either Gatwick or Heathrow, great english breakfast included in rate. The staff was amiable and helpful, especially the restaurant staff who packed me a breakfast to go as I had to leave early one morning.
The only negative is the hallways need to have the flooring upgraded.

The hotel is old, but it’s OK if you looking somewhere to sleep only, in a good central location, it’s just 5 minutes walking from the West Brompton tube station.
Cleanliness was OK for the standard of the hotel which is very old and needs an entire refurbishment, found used soap in the bath tube, I think you this needs more attention, but can’t demand a lot because their wages and amount of work are huge unfortunately, most of hotels pays only £7.50 for the HK staff which is sad.
Breakfast is good and this was included in my booking.

The room was small and plain clean sheets though bed well done . However, the shower less than basic the shower hose broken and mediocre, the night receptionist was not friendly not a good customer service. The worse , the noice was unbearable the lift doors banging all the night, the fire alarm went off at 4 am very freighting no one called for assurance. I had to call the reception it was normal some one smoked in his room! Breakfast basic. however the restaurant staff were friendly it was the worse hotel stay experience I have lived good luck !

We had visible mold in the shower. Dirt everywhere, I doubt the room was cleaned before we arrived. I am not one who easily gets disgusted, but this room was disgusting. I have never bothered to review a hotel before, but I had to this time. If you can stand a bed where you can feel the springs in your back and dirt everywhere, you will be fine. If not, stay away. The breakfast was awful, so we never went back after the first visit to the mold smelling restaurant, but there are plenty of good restaurant close to the hotel.
The one positive thing of the hotel is the location. But that is the only positive thing.
