...incredible staff (reception, bar, breakfast)! They even helped me to repair my damaged wheelchair!
I give the young people working there a five star for being open-minded and giving the cool lounge a warm atmosphere!

Small but nice rooms. Comfy beds, clean rooms and good atmosphere. Good service. Reasonable priced compared to what you got.

Great value for money. The rooms are spacious, very clean and perfectly located in close proximity to the tower of London / city of London. Unfortunately, it's fully booked most of the time when you're traveling on short notice.

Perfect quality/price ratio. Nice bar at the entrance. Room size in the small range but everything is clean and looks brand new. Second time using this chain and will do again in the future!

Recently stayed for two nights. Top hotel with excellent staff. They allowed my bags to be dropped off before check in time and even offered a room before my allocated check in time. Room was on the small side but still wet comfortable. Excellent tv and bed with nice views. Hotel was very clean. The location is excellent with plenty of local places to eat drink and see. It's worthwhile pointing out the excellent drink selection in the bar serving very high quality wines a d spirits. Only a continental breakfast available so had breakfast elsewhere. Would definitely visit again.
