Nice, although is quite old for the price you’re paying. Breakfast is also not so nice. But the location is perfect, right next to Hyde park.

Close to Hyde Park, train station and Kensington palace. Acceptable rooms but a bit dated. Wifi did not work for me but staff were accommodating to help me with information.

stayed at the hotel a while ago. rooms have a decent size, staff is friendly. we were there in winter and the heating was broken plus our shower didn't work. the staff let us shower in an other room. I hope they've fixed it by now.

Disappointing hotel. Nothing like a 4 star (as it's billed) or even a 3 star. Bathroom recently refurbished and OK but the room itself was tired and really needed an update too. Threadbare carpets on the stairs and tired decor gave the place a very shabby look. Breakfast was set out in a very small area and the full English we were expecting ended up being a very meagre continental, run by a very stressed lady who called all the guests 'Darling' and ordered junior members of staff around in a humiliating fashion for them.
This hotel is certainly not one I will be visiting again. Very disappointing after spending so much money on it. Photographs do not tell the true story. Avoid!

I nice little hotel, obviously in London. It is located conveniently next to an Underground station (though said station is closed until July, but another is a quick bus ride away). The accommodations are decent, though the shower ended up being tough to get to the right temperature. They offer a free cell phone that seems to be free to use, and has been extremely handy to use while out in the city! They did have trouble finding our room key, but they could still get us in the room. Also, the breakfast is pretty nice! All in all, could be better, but this hotel is worth the price for convenient location.
