Lovely hotel and staff but the bar and cafe is freezing cold.no heating and doors kept wide open.too cold to sit in there and enjoy drinks or snacks.

friendly, precise service. Clean, modern rooms. Wi-Fi is a little slow, which is the only thing preventing a five star review. Otherwise, excellent. Actually, ill go five stars.

Absolutely brilliant in all respects! Great accommodation, great food and drink, great service! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Bathrooms did not have great light for applying makeup, but otherwise were nice and spacious. We booked a room with executive lounge access, which was well worth it. The happy hour on Fridays and Saturdays in the bar was nice, and their cocktails were delicious. The location is in a bit of an ethnic area, north of London, but we felt safe walking to and from the tube/bus station, which was quite close. The front office staff, Michael especially, were very nice and accommodating. Due to the attack in London that happened while we visited, the hotel took the step and hired security to check people/bags in the lobby, which made us feel safer. Overall very pleased with this hotel, just didn't realize quite how spread out London is and how long it would take on public transport to get to some areas.

The location is great. Walking distance to the tube station, Bakerloo line; so easy access to the city. Tesco a block away and M&S food 3 blocks away. There is a full gym with a heated indoor pool that you have access to as a hotel guest. The staff at the hotel are professional and friendly! The room was clean and comfortable for 3 adults and a teenager. An empty mini fridge. Great size bathroom. The beds were super comfortable. The rooms are air conditioned. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. My only gripe was the lack of drawers in the room to store your belongings.
