Room was okay. The bathroom is super tiny and not suitable for people above 1,90m. Unfortnately we were not able to test the breakfast, because it was only until 9.30 am.

Place is not hotel. It is a cheap hostel. Receptionist was rude and aggressive, possibly in need of psych evaluation. Wifi is charged per diem at a stupid rate and had a download limit. Works outside window from 7am with workmen chatting for one hour before hammering starts. Shoddy outfit run by unprofessional personnel. I checked out after 1 night. During day there is a lot of noise coming from school yard located facing the hostel. Not a place to do any work.

The hotel is very well located, the staff is nice and the breakfast is pretty decent too(sadly it's continental, the British costs 5 pounds), there is almost no noise from the road, the biggest problems come from the size of the bathroom(it was tiny, a person could barely fit in there), the toilet had no force to push down our number 2s and the floor was dirty. The blankets and beds were very clean, but the other 3 problems made me remove 2 stars from an otherwise very good hotel in terms of price/location

relaxed hotel / hostel, we stayed in the second building. Small, simple, but clean and good enough to stay for some great days in London, with our two kids. Free continental Breakfast could be a bit less complicated, because of the form you fill in before they prepare your breakfast. Anyway staff is friendly, we should go again!
