The Hotel has one of the great position I have ever been and the guys who work there are simply amazing: Nora, Massimiliano and Annabella have been always very nice and avaliable when me and my friends need to know something or go somewhere. We will not forget their kindness ! Love you guys.

Everything was perfect. It was a great place to stay as a family. Calm and relaxing with all the necessary facilities. I will be recommending it to all my friends!

This is a hostel, so do expect basic accommodation. That said, the bed was very comfortable, the room was not too hot or too cold (I slept by an open window so had control of this). The bathroom facilities were adequate, if a little tired, but they functioned as you would like them to. There was even a hairdryer in one of the bathrooms too.

Hostel is a bit of a mixed bag. Some rooms are great. Roomy with individual power sockets and large clean bathrooms. Some rooms though are older and lack power sockets and have tiny bathrooms that inevitably get wet and messy. The building is large and there isn't much atmosphere, but it offers nice amenities and the staff is great. It just kind of depends on whether you get a good room or not.

Terrible service. I arrived late through an international flight, I reserved my bed and went to grab a bite. When I came back there was a large hairy man sleeping in it, and all my belongings on the floor (including PJs and toothbrush). I requested for front desk to give me a new clean bed and they simply handed me new sheets and said to take any empty bed and change the sheets myself. So am I supposed to turn on the dorm lights and wake everyone up to change a top bunk bed sheets because you don't want to?! I had to share one bunk bed with my boyfriend (quite comfortable as you can imagine).
Nobody in management responded to this issue and when the site manager returned from her 'vacations' two days later and I rightfully asked for that one bed/one nights refund, she washed her hands clean with it and didn't give three $#its about it.
Don't let me get started with the cleanliness of the bathrooms...
Never again staying in this hostel. Too large for their staff to run it well and avoid any internal guest confrontations and customer service is terrible.
