I'll be honest, from my experience this hotel is only rated 3 stars because some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit dated. Some people say the rooms are a little small but we booked a family room and it was huge! We had a fridge, safe, AC and mini bar in the room and all the beds were comfy. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were fantastic and the food was lovely although the Indian restaurant was a little expensive. Having said that, you're in Kensington, everything's expensive! In summary, I would 100% stay here again.

Room was clean but very small. Staff were excellent, polite and very helpful. The Indian restaurant served breakfast and was really good. Great location close to tube and various shops. Elevator really small. Overall experience was satisfying.

For London standards, this is a really decent hotel. A small but clean bathroom, the beds have had better times, but the rooms were spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, as there are a lot of different restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The elevator is tiny it fits 3 people max.The rooms are small. Although it was very clean and tidy. They take good care in terms of cleanliness. The downside was the room door,couldn't open properly it was hitting the bed because of being so small.
The washroom was very clean.There's an Indian restaurant in the hotel and you can feel the smell in the room sometimes.

What a lovely hotel in a perfect location for the Royal Albert Hall as well as the Natural History, Science and V&A museums. Staff were welcoming and polite. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. I would like to have seen Fire Escape instructions clearly defined in the rooms however, especially as we were on a lower floor and could only find a lift to use to get to road level. The Indian Restaurant attached to the hotel was lovely. The food was amazing. Quick links via tube from Waterloo station. The hotel is very close to the Gloucester tube station so no long walks dragging bags. I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. I will stay here again when I am in that quarter of London.
