Excellent value for the location. Room small but well furnished. Only negative was a wake up phone call was requested but never came.

I love the breakfast. It is buffet. Definitely include that with your stay if you can. Internet is good here. Location is also quite good. There are grocery shops and restaurants around as well.

If you book a single room, you'll be amazed at how small the room is. There was broken furniture in my room and uncomfortable bed. Many TV channels were unavailable and to make things even worse, there's very little noise insulation (street noise is limited but you will hear other hotel guests constantly). The buffet breakfast is average. Overall, the hotel is in need of some serious remodernization. I cannot recommend it especially given the huge number of hotels all around London.

The place of the hotel is brilliant. Kensington is beautiful. 2min walk to the underground. 15min walk to Hyde Park, which is a lovely park. Room was a bit small but okay. Good beds. Staff was very friendly and followed up quickly on some requests we did. Main problem was our bathroom which smelled not really nice and the ceiling had some black mold on it. Personnel followed up the next morning and the smell was completely gone after their treatment. The mold is removed after our staying. The hotel was overbooked, so they couldn’t move us and the housekeeper told us that the paintsmell would be really bad, so they couldn’t fix the mold right away. Would definitely come here again, despite this tiny discomfort.
