Excellent service. If you need an adapter,just ask it at the reception :) nice rooms. Unfortunately didn’t have time to try the spa.

Stayed here quite often. Very well appointed rooms, the gym is an added bonus. 20 min walk to Victoria, right opposite the park. Excellent hotel. Friendly staff

This is a really modern, comfortable hotel located just south of the river and Chelsea Bridge. I can’t really fault the hotel itself. Great service, large comfortable modern rooms. The only thing stopping me giving it 5 stars is the location. There’s no tube station within
20 minutes walk. A black cab from Victoria station will cost you around £15. Uber (for my return journey was somewhat less at £5.

After being in some very restricted and tight accommodation over the first 2 weeks of our holiday in Italy which continued on with our arranged accommodation through Viva Holidays my wife Deb made arrangements with this hotel over trip advisor and BOOM a real motel room that was not reminiscent of a nuns cell or presented like the back room of a 18th century coach station. What it had:
1. A King size bed
2. A walk in shower
3. A full size wardrobe
4. Competent staff
5. Professional Staff.
6. Staff with exceptional good manners.
What a relief.
Remember people you are only as good as you last review and we will certainly consider this Hotel group in our travels

Lovely room, it is very spacious and clean. Furnished with a large bed and sofa. Bath and shower. However the room lacked basic necessities like an ironing board and needs to be requested. I had an issue where I was informed that they 'do not have any spare. The issue was resolved within an hour but only after some chasing, leaving a sour taste on the stay and me late for work. The hotel has a gym & spa, the gym itself it small and lacking in equipment and weights (10kg max). The location of the hotel is rather poor as it is a distance away from any major underground route and requires a walk to get to anything in a station but the stop is not too far. There is also a garden park directly next to the hotel which is great on a sunny day.
