Lovely hotel. Basic room but more than adequate for our needs. Great customer service and friendly staff. Perfect location, walking distance from Paddington station and Hyde park. Only negative was the breakfast service time for the Sunday. Due to me doing a sporting event I had to leave before breakfast commenced.

A small room, not very clean (some stain on blanket and floor) , and the service is poor. On the other hand, the location and price is compatitve.

Nice place and we'll presented. Could use some cooling in the room like air con or a fan.
