Convenient for tube station. Small well appointed single room but next door to kitchen so woken at 5.15 am by staff preparing breakfast. Bathroom and toilet on floor above.

This little gem of a hotel was home base for my two week stay in London. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom even tinier but they were newly renovated, clean and cosy. It is only one block from the Warwick Road tube entrance which services the District and Piccadilly lines and two blocks from two great pubs and the M&S Food Hall. Any complaints I might have would be in regards to guests who were loud and not sensitive to the fact that others might be trying to sleep. I almost cancelled my reservation due to all the negative reviews but am so glad that I did not.

Booked this hotel on a trip to the UK, and within 24 hours had to cancel as my son died in Australia so I had to fly home. I applied for a refund on compassionate grounds, and was refused. The people who run this hotel are NOT HUMAN.
