Dreadful hotel stay. Staff botched the advance booking and payment, tiniest room I've ever seen at about 8' x 8', unreliable and incredibly slow wifi, non-existent soundproofing resulting in being woken at 0300 and 0500. Avoid.

This was without a doubt the smallest hotel room i have ever slept in. At first I thought that there wasn't even room for a chair at the desk and you were supposed to just pitch on the end of the desk, but it did turn out there was a piano stool to pool out, but it was very cramped. What was most interesting was the toilet in the bathroom. The front of the toilet seat was approximately 15cm from the facing wall, so you needed to stand in the doorway, drop your trousers, shuffle sideways and then sit down with your legs as far apart as they could go. The breakfast was ok. Standard mediocre buffet breakfast, exactly the kind you'd get in most cheap hotels across Europe.

Service is excellent. Location is great. My room was a bit small. It was a club room. Not sure if that's what that means. The aircon in my room did not work very well in my room. Only complaint I have.

Room was in the basement which meant that it was very dark and dreary. There was a huge random wet patch on the floor and an extremely strong smell of chemicals. The bed was comfortable. Was woken up by the fire alarm at 1am due to the kitchen burning toast. All in all very disappointed
