Rooms are extremely small, and I even stayed in a double-bed room. Even the toilet, you can't sit without hitting your knees on the wall! I'm only 5'7" by the way. Also, BEWARE, don't ask the staff to get you taxi to the airport. They will send a private car without telling you and charge double normal taxi fares when you arrive at your destination. This is probably a scam between hotel and transport operator. SPOILED AN OTHERWISE GREAT WEEK IN LONDON!

Really bad experience, turned up to be bussed to another hotel where the rooms were tiny, food was cold, and staff couldn’t seem to care less. Bed was dirty, hairs all over it. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Travel lodge would be far better. Just avoid this place.

A nice hotel for Paddington area. Really friendly staff. The rooms are indeed small but this is valid for any hotel I have stayed in London. Clean rooms and very good location.

Cosy, but good service. The staff were very pleasant however the room was tiny with an en suite of about a square meter. Building works next door disrupted the morning - out of their control but perhaps customers should be warned

Small but comfortable room. Had water, tea, in the room. Breakfast was very good, and had a few rare elements, such as star fruit in the fruit mix. I would be happy to stay here again. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the train station (and the Heathrow Express).
