I attended an club dinner event at the hotel and the service and hospitality was outstanding. A warm welcome as I entered the hotel and the staff were polite and friendly throughout the evening. I would definitely stay over at the hotel as there is a lot to do around the area and very close to tube.

Lovely space! Discrete but attentive staff. They gave us an extra room to relax and network afterwards with absolutely no fuss. Highly recommended as meeting venue

We only went for afternoon tea. It is not a place suited to afternoon tea. The lounge was tiny with two sets of small tables and chairs at the window. We asked to be moved as we were almost sitting with the people in the next table. There was no room for a private conversation. We moved to the long seats at the window. The seat was hard and uncomfortable. The waitress attending us was lovely. The staff on the doors were accommodating. They should train the woman behind the bar with her bad attitude. As regular afternoon tea people we were disappointed with the actual. The scones were too dark and hard, the sandwiches were smaller than the usual and scarce and the tea wasn't that great. Thankfully the kind waitress noted our disappointment and gave us the best service we could wish for. The cakes were made mostly with chocolate. Not good if you are not allowed too much chocolate. I found the cakes kind of thrown together. AFTERNOON TEA FANS SHOULD AVOID. This place is not suited to cater for afternoon tea.

Very pretty accommodation.
Rooms are small but nicely kept. Only complaint is that king beds are actually two double beds attached. This leaves an annoying gap in the middle.
Bathroom is nice, but the water temperature is fickle.
Fixtures are lovely. Only issue was the rain shower head was coming loose.
Front desk is friendly and helpful.
Price is high but the location is amazing.

Old-style English hotel in a very quiet place in the heart of London, close to Piccadilly street and Buckingham palace. From here you can easily reach any sightseeing on foot. Continental breakfast is simply fantastic! You can choose from a wide variety of products (smoked salmon, prosciutto, Brie, croissants, bakery, yogurt, home-made jams, juices, tea, coffee, scrambled eggs, muesli...).
