The hotel was renovated 2 years ago. It is modern and the room controls are all electronic. The staff is professional except for one employee at the front desk. The manager needed to intervene to fix the problem. The rooms are small but clean.

Nice hotel in Paddington. A few minutes away from the station, park and shops. Rooms are small but high tech. Cleaning is good. New towels every day. Shower is fine, butt i’ve youre taller than 1.90m, mind your head. Personnell is very kind and Helpfull. At night its Quiet. Breakfast is fine! Not an English breakfast but European. Croissants, Bread, yoghurt, Some cheese and coffee. We had a nice stay and recommand this hotel to our friends. Ps free WiFi

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, last Saturday night. We have stayed here before and I have regularly used it when on business. The rooms are very modern yet retain the traditional character of the building. Being an older building the rooms are compact but they are very well fitted-out, very comfortable and maximise the use of the space. It is very well placed near Paddington station. Yenny, the hotel manager, was very welcoming and recognized me straight away. She went out of her way to get our room ready early so that we could check-in. A Continental Breakfast is served in the morning with a good range of items nicely presented. Some hot items are available (e.g. boiled eggs, and porridge). The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are plenty to choose from locally.

Very good balance between the price and services. Next to Hyde park, nice situation and nice staff. The hotel has been refurbished.
5 stars if the duty manager of this hotel learns to smile (rough).

We randomly picked this hotel at very short notice and got a bargain considering the price we paid. This hotel is very decent with an en suite shower and toilet, free WiFi, clean towels, clean bedding, hairdryer, well-stocked tea area, 40 inch tv, air conditioning and various light settings to fit the mood. The whole room was clean, tidy, modern and well maintained. The customer service was excellent and professional and they were even able to let me use a charger for a refundable deposit. The only negatives were that they didn't offer a free breakfast and the bar is just two stools by the reception desk. Apart from that, it was a great stay. This is the way hotels should be!
