We attended The Kensington for the Tale As Old As Time Afternoon Tea. The food and selection of teas was wonderful. The service was very attentive. It has a lovely atmosphere. The only negative comment I have is that the bill had a service charge of 12.5%. I personally believe that this should be considered as part of the price of afternoon tea and then any tip should be down to the choice of the visitor if they wish.

I just left a 6 day stay at the Kensington. I am truly impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. The interiors are great. The hotel bar is a must see even if just for drinks. The location is great- close to tube stop. The rooms are tiny but configured well. I highly reccomend it

This hotel was our first taste of London to kickoff our honeymoon last winter. Service was good and the style was cozy. Only disappointment was the room size but to my understanding that was the standard you would expect in this bastion of a metropolitan European capital. We had breakfast here every morning and it was certainly a delight. All the food was kept fresh and their menu was unique to us. We sure still miss it.

A superb venue for relaxing and having a nice conversation with friends. I have yet to stay at the hotel but I plan to do so in the future. I believe it may well be a fantastic experience. The decor is second to none and I can't praise the designer's highly enough.

Attended the Beauty and the beast afternoon tea. I can't recommend this highly enough as the service was great. The food was lovely and was plentiful. The teas were excellent. The ambience and surroundings were great and was worth every penny.
