WARNING. This company DOES NOT OFFER a 14 day cooling off period. Meaning if you purchase a policy and want to cancel within 14 days (as I did), you are still liable for the full amount. They do very well in hiding from you at time of purchase. These guys also trade as Cover My Cab. They are currently being investigated by the FSO for bad practice, mis-selling and irregularities in their policy practices. Please save your time money and stress.

Avoid using it way too expensive and lots of hidden charges with uncooperative staffs and untrained customer service.

Been with them 2 years. My only gripe was I didn't purchase replacement taxi cover, had to claim and not having a taxi for 2 weeks cost me a few thousand. When I renewed I mentioned I couldn't stay because they don't offer replacement taxi cover, they informed me that they do and that it's only about 20 quid extra for it. I definitely asked for this at the start but was told they didn't do it. I stayed with them because my premium actually went down even though I had made a claim. So in my experience, good enough and very very cheap. Few hundred cheaper than anyone else. Also just to add, your age job title and postcode are the 3 things that will change your premium the most, if you change address it could easily double!

In the policy dooesnt say nothing that they dont cover backside windows..only front ..and i pay d 2500 on year dor taxi driver ..they broke my windows last night

Avoid avoid avoid this company .wast of money and time . Think if you change your address this company charge you £1000 extra so keep away for them
