Good box with super friendly team. All very well qualified, strong on Olympic lifting. If you can pop down and talk to them to get a real feel what what they are all about. Over all what you would expect from CrossFit, supportive and friendly (even the super strong and big ones :-) )

Great box, with friendly members and excellent coaches. I'd been told that at some boxes there can be an "us and them" mentality between the regulars and the, shall we say, slightly more "casual" members, but I was glad to see no sign of that here. There's a real sense of community and I was made to feel very welcome despite being new to crossfit.

Good gym, slightly smaller than crossfit central london but good facilities and equipment. Run around the block a bit difficult as sometimes construction works going on

I contacted the facility by email regarding potentially joining. I asked a few simple questions any good crossfit box should be able to answer
- Does your pricing structure which includes a set amount of sessions per week include or exclude use of the open gym facilities?
- What is your maximum class size?
- How far in advance is your programming planned and do you build in structured circles of compound movements?
- Would I be able to see examples of your programming over the period of a week to get an understanding on how you program?
Firstly I got an stock automated email saying it would take some time to respond to my questions, then after over a week I sent a follow up email to see if there had been an error with responding to which I received no reply.
I have since spoken to a number of colleagues who have had similar poor service from Crossfit Vauxhall. I've trained at facilities all over the United States and have never experienced anything quite like this, thankfully it's been my only negative experience within the Crossfit community.
