It is by far one of the best yoga studios in London. They have plenty of yoga styles to choose from at different schedules (including early and late ones), teachers are very skilled and they follow you through your progress, making adjustments when needed. Prices are very good for the average prices of yoga classes in London, especially if you get an unlimited membership. The studio teachers also organize regular workshops/courses for beginners and yoga retreats in stunning locations.The studio manager Cris is lovely and very helpful. She was very understanding when I had an injury and had to stop practising for a while. I would recommend this to all yogis.

Friendly, easy to book. Great range of classes. Bit expensive for drop in (£15), but the passes are fairly reasonable. The introductory offer is very good value .
The space is a little compact and personally I find the mirrors a bit off putting.

I was quite glad when I found out they are opening this new studio in Brockley as there isn't a studio like this in the area. It has plenty of classes to choose from, easy booking system, the teachers are excellent and the atmosphere is nice and friendly. I have been to quite a few yoga teachers before that and can definitely see that in this studio the selection is at quite high standard.
