Really Dynamic classes using the Reformer machine and giving an amazing workout and stretch for all your muscles. You work your core muscles so hard that you feel really lifted by the end of the class. Amazing feeling which you have to try.
The pic doesn't do it justice as it gives the impression of a building site but the studio is inside Clapham North Art Centre - there's a sign right at the gate to tell you where you're going. Get along soon! Loved it.

Very rewarding, challenging but fun classes with the reformer bed adding a different dimension to my core strengthening with excellent assistance from the teacher to help ensure that I'm using suitable weights and resistance to get the most from the class - would definitely recommend that everyone at least try Dynamica Pilates and sees the benefits for themselves.
