love this gym! coaches are great and super helpful- always happy to answer questions and provide feedback. tons of classes so it's possible to make it in regardless of your work schedule.

Dirty place, you definitely don't want to take a shower there as it is looks so rudimentary, over crowed with everyone dirty toiletries all over the place and the water is cold.
I guess I could turn a bit of a blind eye on this but not on The way some trainers shame some trainees or shall I say: their own clients! It has not happened to me directly but I was just not wanting to coming after a long day working to see people being treated like pieces of dirt.
Particularly that trainer Bill guy who do not hesitate to shame, in front of everyone, some newbies for not understanding some words/muay Thai terms that this non - English young guy was struggling to understand. It was so painful to watch and made Bill look like a bitter old idiot.
Then of course yo have to buy their KO short etc... I mean, seriously, I do not want anything from this place and even less paying to wear their brand.
One star because the system doesn't let you put none.

Really good gym, proper Muay Thai training, no stroking ego training just real training so you learn properly

I’m from Bristol and working in London. Needed a place to train and this place is perfect. Great atmosphere and quality team. Highly recommended!

Son comes here every week for Thai Boxing....Barry & Salman are great trainers too.
