Wow... I never saw this gym BEFORE this remodel... but it sure is awesome now! Lots of equipment. (Kettlebells!!) Clean and shiny and well organized. Every trainer I met was friendly and helpful...and there was even a cleaner in the locker room keeping things tidy. Definitely on my list of places to go when I’m in the area.

I went here solely for the Les Mills RPM class on their schedule since I was visiting from out of town. I had to purchase a day pass in order to take the class which cost me £20 (~$26). The class ended up being a freestyle cycling class. I would have left and asked for my money back but there were only 2 participants and I didn't want to upset the instructor. I asked the front desk staff afterward if it is normally an RPM class but if it was a sub today (not noted on the schedule that clearly stated LES MILLS RPM). The staff didn't even seem to know what Les Mills is and was blatantly confused by my frustration. So they get the lowest rating for charging too much and not even delivering what was advertised. Not to mention that it's a breach of contract for them to claim to offer a Les Mills class but actually present a different class altogether.

I went to this gym for 1 year. Classes are very good. Go to James's spin class if you want to work hard and have a great time. I am disappointed with the corporate customer service as I asked to know more about Carl (Sp?) the yoga instructor. He's very good and I'd like to know where else I can take his classes since I travel for work. No answer from management after two times and 3 months. He is quick in and out of the classes so there is no time to ask him in person.
