Staff were very attentive and facilities were clean and tidy. Location is just perfect - just behind the tube station and right by the Kensington Gardens. It was good to go for a walk during the coffee breaks to get some fresh air. I attended a conference so no reviewer the room. Only downside was conference rooms were just so cold. Too much a/c. Apart from that, it was a great venue for professional events.

Attended for a conference. Nice venue, food was great and the location was excellent. All the conference rooms were freezing though, wish I hadn't checked my coat!

What was an otherwise good stay to celebrate recently getting married was completely ruined by the Front Office Manager insisting on charging us £250 for a flat cigarette butt on the floor (which had fallen off someone's shoe) and some fake tan on the bed sheet. Apparently, this warranted a deep clean at £150 per hour. Saw Than, the individual concerned, avoided all phone calls to discuss the matter and was utterly unhelpful. We stay in hotels all of the time and never have we ever been treated so poorly. Disgusting customer service.

Really lovely stay. Felt welcome and relaxed. We went to see a show in the dominion theatre and the location of the hotel was perfect for tubing Around London

The hotel looks and feels stunning after the refurbishment. The views are perhaps the best you can have of London. Highly recommend the afternoon tea.
