Recently took up some training lessons with these guys - incredible experience. Al the trainers actually care about their clients and go to the lengths needed to understand how I work, my lifestyle and put together comprehensive fitness strategies that are very challenging but also not boring!
Recommend to anyone looking for expert training and to achieve things that you can't do at regular gyms or with 'average' trainers.

Facilities are second to none! Modern and stylish. Staff is nice and they always bring positive attitude to the gym. I highly recommend it.

Great studio to train your clients! As a trainer I always look to offer the highest standard to my clients therefore I needed a facility that would reflect exactly that. My Fitness Studio is a fantastic place that offers me and my clients great environment to work and train.

My training sessions at My Fitness Studio have completely changed my attitude to fitness. The dedication of the staff, high quality equipment and spacious environment makes it such an enjoyable experience. I could not believe that only after a few weeks of training I could already notice results.

It is situated in a great location for clients, it is well equipped with fitness equipment and other services such as unlimited towers and shower facilities. All this together with the friendly environment in the studio makes My Fitness Studio the most ideal location for me to train my clients.
